Former TNA star joins WWE?

Former TNA ref/wrestler Shane Sewell refereed a match at the Florida Championship Wrestling TV tapings between Alex Riley and Bo Rotundo recently.

While it isn’t confirmed yet, Sewell may have signed on to WWE as a ref. WWE has signed new refs and had them start in their developmental territory before.

Sewell is perhaps most famous for his run in TNA as the ref who would shake ridiculously with anger and attack wrestlers if they touched him. TNA spent the best part of a year establishing him as a ref before pulling the trigger on the angle where he became a wrestler.

Sewell made only a few appearances in the ring before being released by TNA. Sewell has been in his former promotion in Puerto Rico, WWC, after his release.
