WWE Bragging Rights 2009 Results:

• United States Champion The Miz defeated Intercontinental Champion John Morrison.
• Smackdown Divas: Natalya, Beth Phoenix & Michelle McCool defeated Raw Divas: Kelly Kelly, Gail Kim & Melina.
• World Heavyweight Championship: The Undertaker defeated Batista, CM Punk & Rey Mysterio.
• WWE Bragging Rights: Team Smackdown defeated Team Raw
• WWE Championship ‘Anything Goes’ Ironman Match: John Cena defeated Randy Orton.

- The opening Bragging Rights video should have been an advert, it was a great hype video for the actual match.

- Ohhhh, the winning team win a cup – FA Cup style! Half the ring is blue, while the other is red.

- United States Champion The Miz vs. Intercontinental Champion John Morrison.

Mat wrestling early on dominated by John Morrison. Miz shoved Morrison’s face and got out of the ring. HEEL. Nip-up and standing shooting star press by Morrison. Both men dodged either others finishers. Morrison sent Miz to the outside and dropkicked him through the ropes.

Miz threw Morrison from the ring to the outside when Morrison got his legs on Miz’s shoulders. Miz is working away on Morrison’s neck and upper torso. Roll ups my Morrison. Boo! Yay! punches. Miz ducked the knee and rolled up Morrison up for 2.

Morrison got a three count but Miz had his foot on the rope. Morrison set Miz up for starship pain, but Miz rolled out. Morrison corkscrew dived onto Miz. Miz hit Morrison with a double ax handle from the top. Old-school top rope moves!

Morrison went for starship pain, but Miz swept his legs. Miz pins Morrison, 1-2-3! Miz wins!

Winner: THE MIZ

Team Raw are 1-0 up at WWE Bragging Rights 2009.

Cody Rhodes was with the trainer. R-Truth came in. Cody ran down Smackdown, so Truth buried him by living off someone else all the time. Big Show came in and told Truth that Raw will kill Smackdown and he better tell the rest of his team.

- Raw Divas: Kelly Kelly, Gail Kim & Melina vs. Smackdown Divas: Natalya, Beth Phoenix & Michelle McCool.

Beth and Gail start things. Gail turned a powerslam into a roll up for 2. Michelle tagged herself in and was hurricanranaed by Gail. Natalya is in now and dominating Gail. Kelly Kelly is in wearing Kip James’ gear. Natalya hung Kelly up on the top rope.

Kelly couldn’t get Kelly down for the sunset flip and the Smackdown divas worked her over. McCool kept ignoring her partners, so Beth tagged herself in. Melina got the tag and did stuff with Beth.

Melina had Beth rolled up, but the ref was distracted, so Michelle rolled Beth on top. It all broken down and left the two legal girls in there. Glamslam. It’s all over.

Winners: Smackdown Divas

Team Raw and Team Smackdown are 1-1 at WWE Bragging Rights 2009.

DX gave a speech about winner, Swagger said Team Raw will win because they have him. They did a whacky skit bring up what has happened in the past and it also involved Hornswoggle.

- World Heavyweight Championship: The Undertaker vs. Batista vs. CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio.

You know, there is at least 3 possible winners here, should be very interesting. Big Dave chased Punk around the ring, and ran into Undertaker’s clothesline. Taker threw Punk out of the ring by his throat. Rey seated dropped him. Rey dropped Taker out of the ring but eventually ran into his big boot.

Old school by Undertaker on Batista. Undertaker just took a superplex. Guy is insane. Batista is beating on Punk. Rey jumped out Undertaker’s shoulders. Taker went for the last ride but Batista speared him. They faced off but Undertaker sat up and went to chokeslam Rey. 619 on Undertaker, spinebuster by Dave. Punk broke the pin up.

GTS on Rey by Punk. Batista breaks the pin. Hell’s gate on Batista. Punk breaks it up agian. Punk grounded and pounded Undertaker and beat Batista down a big. Running knee on Undertaker, WOAH, last ride. Batista broke it up.

Batista and Undertaker trading hands in the middle of the ring. Chokeslam on Batista broken up by CM Punk. Undertaker calls for the tombstone on Batista, but Dave reversed it. Batista bomb! 1-2-Rey broke it up. Rey covers Undertaker. Batista breaks it up. Batista is PISSED. Batista shoved Rey down.

Chokeslam on Batista. 2 count. Both men clothesline each other. Punk pins Batista. 2. Punk pins Undertaker. 2. Batista threw Rey onto Punk on the outside but turned right into a tombstone. Undertaker wins. Great match.

Winner: Undertaker

Josh Matthews is in the ring as Rey helps up Batista. He ask Rey how it feels to come so close to winning the title. Rey hugs Batista. Josh asks when the match slipped away from him.

Josh interviews Batista who is all messed up. Batista asks if they were close to winning. He thinks he was close. He said he’s tired of his best friend stabbing him in the back.

Batista turned on Rey and clothesline him and beat on him. Rey begged Dave off but he didn’t and threw Rey into the wall. HEEL TURN!

- They polled the WWE Universe over who will win.

- Raw vs. Smackdown Bragging Rights: Team Raw (Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Jack Swagger, Cody Rhodes, Mark Henry & Kofi Kingston) vs. Team Smackdown (Chris Jericho, Kane, Matt Hardy, Finlay, R-Truth & Hart Dynasty)

Rhodes and R-Truth started and had a pretty good scrap. Show tagged himself in, so did Kane. Show shoulder tackled Kane and leg dropped him. Swagger trash talked Kane and got a slap for his trouble. Matt Hardy is in now.

Second rope leg drop by Hardy. Only 2. Clothesline on the outside by Matt to Swagger. Face-off on the outside by the two teams. Mark Henry is in and missed an elbow drop. The fool.

HBK is in and chopping Hardy. Shawn blocked the side effect, but Matt hit it anyway. Finlay in there now. They had a good battle with Michaels bumping all over the place. Both mens’ heads collided it. Superkick. David Hart Smith is in. HART EFFECT! Only a 2.

CHRIS JERICHO~! is in. HBK had a brief comeback, but Jericho cut him off. Michaels is still being beaten on by Team Smackdown.

Ah man, just as Tyson Kidd is in, HBK tags out. HHH runs wild on the Hart Dynasty. Three spinebusters by HHH. Chokeslam by Kane. Kidd got a close 2 count on HHH. Did you really think Tyson Kidd would pin HHH?

Kofi came in and ran wild. Jericho stopped the bop bop and tried for the walls, Kofi turned it into a roll up. Trouble in paradise! It’s broken up. It has all broken down. Hardy jumped onto Henry. Awesome Swagger bomb on Finlay. Chokeslam by Kane. Spear by Big Show. Show is helping Kofi.

NO! TURN! Chokeslam on Kofi. Show nails HHH and walks out. Jericho crawls over Kofi and gets the win. TEAM SMACKDOWN WIN!

Winners: Team Smackdown

Team Smackdown are so happy.

Kingston was walking backstage when Cody ripped on him. Cody beat him down. Poor Kofi.

- WWE Championship – 60 Minute ‘Anything Goes’ Ironman match: Randy Orton vs. John Cena.

There will be a 30 second break after every fall. Cole got confirmation that Cena will be going to Smackdown if he loses. Dang, I thought he would go to ECW if he lost.

You know despite this match being down to death, with the announces, pre-match video and both guy’s on the way out, this does have a big match feel.

They’ve got a clock and score on the screen. Break and forth early om with Cena working a headlock and Orton slowly and methodically attacking Cena.

Cena locked in the STF and Orton tapped out right away at 4:33. Cena 1-0 Orton.

Orton has a chinlock applied. I’m shocked. Cena powered his way out of the chinlock and hit the throwback. Flying leg drop by Cena. Cena went for the five knuckle shuffle but ran right into an RKO at 9:31. Cena 1-1 Orton.

Orton has control of Cena on the outside. Orton’s got a TV monitor. Right on the skull of Cena. Cena kicked out of a pin attempt. Orton grabbed a mic and smashed it on Cena’s head. Cena kicked out again of a pin attempt. Cena is bleeding from the to pof his head, probably hard way.

The trainer checked on Cena, but Cena ran wild. Nasty cut on Cena there. He has to wrestle for 45 minutes with an open skull. Crazy. Cena is sent into the steps. Cena stamped on his head on the step. 2 count again. 15 minutes have gone.

RKO blocked, Cena is on fire now. Five knuckle shuffle. Attitude Adjustment. Wait, Orton also did the RKO. They both have there arms on each other. Ref counted the pin for both. I didn’t see the time, sorry. Clock restarted at 41:50 thought. Cena 2-2 Orton.

The doctors came in and glued Cena’s head shut. Super FU from the top by Cena. Pinfall by Cena at 19:59. Cena 3-2 Orton.

Legacy ran down and attacked Cena. Dream street by DiBiase. Orton covered Cena and got the pin. Cena 3-3 Orton.

Kofi chased Legacy to the back with a chair. Double clothesline by both men. Cena is taking Orton all over the ringside area. Orton slammed Cena’s head on the pyro button and sent one off. Orton just threw Cena into the staging. JOHN CENA EXPLODED. Orton pinned Cena at 35:20. Cena 3-4 Orton.

Orton messed about with the pyro hoping to blow Cena up. Orton chair shotted Cena and went to blow him up on the pyro. The ref and the [yro guy tried to stop Orton. Orton pressed the buttons but it didn’t go off, it eventually did but Cena got out of the way. We’ve hit the 30 minute mark.

Steel steps to the head of Orton. Kick out by Cena. Orton is working so slowly to waste down some time, yet his facial expressions are keeping things moving. Cena got a roll up out of nowhere and a three count. Orton attacked Cena out of rage during the 30 second won period. Cena 4-4 Orton.

Orton DDT’d Cena from the ring apron to the floor. Orton pinned Cena at the 35:04 mark. Cena 4-5 Orton.

Cena is out of it bascially while Orton just tees off on him. LIKE A VIPER. Cena ducked a punch and nailed Orton. Orton bailed to the stage. LIKE A VIPER. Orton looked at the clock and smiled. LIKE A VIPER. He’s gonna run the clock down. LIKE A VIPER. Cena came for him and Orton pounced. LIKE A VIPER. Orton ran back to the ring when Cena got to his feet. LIKE A VIPER.

Orton went for the middle rope DDT but Cena got the FU in, Orton got out of it and bailed through the crowd. Cena gave chase. Plastic bin to the back of Orton. They’re fighting next to a giant fat guy. Push him on Orton, Cena. 15 minute left.

The ref hurt his arm counting. Work through it, Mike. Haha, he’s proper crying about it. Cena has control and is slowly beating Orton. You need 2 falls you mug, hurry up. WOAH, Cena threw Orton through the announcers guardrail.

Cena positioned the steel steps next to the announce table. Steps to the head of Orton. 10 minutes to ago, everyone.

Cena deadlifted Orton with ease onto his shoulders. Scary dude. Cena climbed the steps with Orton on his shoulders and gave him the FU onto the table. The people loved this. Cena gets a pin to tie things. Cena 5-5 Orton.

Cena went straight to a pin after the 30 second break, but Orton kicked out. Cena set up a table in the middle of the ring and dragged Orton back into the ring. Orton’s out of it. Cena set Orton on the table. He’s too far away to reach. Well, he did, but Orton rolled off the table. 5 minutes left.

Both are out, but the people are chanting for Cena. Boo! Yay! punches as both men got to their feet. Cena flew right into the ref. There is only 2:30 left. RKO. The ref is out though. Oh no. New ref. Two count. Orton is outraged. Haha, he shoved the ref. Orton is losing his mind.

Orton is setting up for the punt. STF. One minute left. The ref is alive. 40 seconds. 30 seconds. 20 seconds. 10 seconds. Orton taps. Cena wins 6-5.

Winner: John Cena
