Before his latest injury, Parker was averaging a career-high 20.1 points and 6.2 rebounds as one of the Bucks' franchise cornerstones and the team's second-leading scorer.
Without Parker, forward Michael Beasley has moved into the starting lineup, and in Monday's win against the Pistons the veteran scored 23 points on 10-of-13 shooting, resembling the player that was drafted No. 2 overall in 2008. Marcus Morris led Detroit with 26 and Jon Leuer added 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Pistons, who gave up 19 points on 17 turnovers. Andre Drummond registered a double-double with 21 points and 12 rebounds.
But while those two were dominating, the rest of the Bucks struggled to find the hoop, especially from outside, where the Bucks made just two of 11 3-point attempts before the break.

A 7-0 Detroit run made it an 11-point deficit with 9:29 to play. It wasn't enough to challenge the Bucks, who were 9 of 14 from the field in the fourth quarter.
"We have a deep roster", Beasley said.
But 24 hours later, the Bucks looked like a completely different team, knocking down a season-high 17 3-pointers in a 116-100 victory over the Indiana Pacers.
Milwaukee Bucks have won a second straight National Basketball Association game over Detroit. Giannis almost found his way to his third triple-double of the season with 20 points (on nine shots!), eight rebounds and ten assists. With the BMO Harris Bradley Center crowd in stunned silence, Parker was unable to stand up on his own, eventually being helped up by teammates and limping off the court. The Pistons snapped a three-game road losing streak Sunday night at Toronto but have lost 10 of their past 14 road games.
It also was the fifth time Milwaukee held an opponent under 90.
Last time these two teams faced one another, Milwaukee absolutely drubbed the Pistons 119-94, who were in the midst of their own sequence of turmoil and team meetings.
