Arsene Wenger dismissed protests from Arsenal fans seeking his removal as manager and called on his players to focus instead on the club's push for Champions League football next season.
In contrast to their London rivals, Arsenal have not won the league since 2004 and Wenger has come under renewed pressure this season with his side in danger of failing to qualify for the Champions League.
Arsenal now sit fifth, three points adrift of Manchester City in fourth and four behind third-placed Liverpool, although retain a game in hand on the Reds.
Wenger has never seen any of his Arsenal teams finish outside of the Premier League's top four and he could be faced with that reality by the end of this week if results do not go his way.
"I believe when the team plays well we have individual talent and of course that always benefits from it", Wenger continued.
What's clear is that Arsenal have to beat Sunderland on Wednesday night to take the race for a Champions League spot to the last day of the campaign.
"When you say fans, who do you mean?
By doing this, we can send a message to Stan Kroenke (Arsenal's US-based owner) and Arsene Wenger that Arsenal should be doing so much better".
Bayern have already won the Bundesliga this term, while the two Champions League finalists - Juventus and Real Madrid - are top of Serie A and second in La Liga respectively.
Wishful thinking maybe but you do feel that an in form and happy Sanchez is exactly what the club could do with next season in order to be in the running for trophies.
When asked what he would do if he was chief executive Ivan Gazidis, Parlour replied: "I would sign him up.pay the money, why not?"
"We had a hard week playing Sunday, Wednesday and Saturday". We have created the momentum again by winning six of the last seven games after having a period away from home where we were not stable. One point would be hard to swallow but that should not as well change the judgment on the quality of the team to a way where you think you have absolutely to change everything.
"Our chances are just to win our games".
