Philippe Coutinho admits Barcelona interest is "cool"

The former Red said on BBC Radio 5 live: "If they were to lose him, who would they bring in to replace him".

Philippe Coutinho admits links with Barcelona are "cool" but has restated his commitment to Liverpool with Champions League football just one game away from being guaranteed for the Reds next season.

Coutinho scored two, and created one as Liverpool comfortably beat West Ham 4-0 on Sunday. Before Liverpool took a big step to finishing in the top four, Coutinho was interviewed by ESPN Brasil on a potential move to Barcelona.

With Juventus and Arsenal joining Liverpool in their interest, Mundo Deportivo say Rafinha is 'considering the possibility of leaving the club in search of minutes that may lead to World Cup Russia 2018'.

"To be honest we didn't expect that we'd win 4-0 and score so many goals, but I would say that even with this pressure we showed our quality today, that we can win against tough-defensively teams", the Croatian man told the club's official website.

With Sturridge fully fit for the first time in what's seemed to be ages, Coutinho was the flawless man to have in the center of midfield behind him to try to feed in balls behind the defence and create space.

'Liverpool is a great club and we have to put Liverpool back in the Champions League'.

"He helps us a lot, is there in the big moments and for me he is a joy to play with".

'I have a contract with Liverpool, there are two games, there are a lot of chances for us to be in the Champions League next year.

The England worldwide has struggled for regular game time this season, but he was also among the goals against West Ham and Origi considers him to be an important part of Jurgen Klopp's plans.
