Police fear possible abduction of mother, infant daughter

Police say her family describes the mother's disappearance as unusual.

Hampton police has also partnered with Adams Outdoor Advertising to raise awareness via electronic billboards throughout the Hampton Roads / Tidewater area.

On Thursday, ten days later, Hampton Police and the Virginia State Police issued an Amber Alert for Chloe after they said their investigation has led them to believe both mother and daughter had been abducted.

The new information includes tips from the public and a technology analysis that the chief did not elaborate on. Johnson had taken a week off of work for vacation and was planning to stay local and visit nearby Buckroe Beach with her daughter. A missing person report was filed on May 1.

"I don't feel well because I miss her", said Crews. She is believed to be in extreme danger.

An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing Hampton infant.

They last were seen in the 1900 block of Hastings Drive in Hampton, Virginia.

Keir Johnson was last seen wearing blue jeans, a t-shirt and glasses.

The man and child may be traveling in a black 2013 Kia Optima with Virginia tags VAW-2197. She also has black hair and brown eyes.

"Chloe Johnson is 2'5" tall and weighs 20 pounds.
