"I wouldn't have needed that photograph", Swift testified.
Hershel Coomer told a jury Thursday that he briefly chatted with Swift at an event for radio directors at Pepsi Center in Denver.
When the singer was clearly unfazed by the lawyer's approach, he attempted to appeal to her emotions asking her if she felt bad about Mueller losing his job. Coomer called it a lie.
In response, Swift countersued Mueller for alleged assault and battery. Mueller claims Swift's team is the reason why he lost his job.
She also jousted with his attorney about whether it was her fault that he was sacked by his radio station two days later.
When Taylor faced Mueller's attorney during the trial, she did not miss any chance to use her sense of humor. Swift also says that her suit is less about her and more about speaking out for women who are sexually assaulted and don't feel comfortable coming forward. "As a parent it made me question why I taught her to be so polite in that moment".
Swifties aren't quite sure who that blonde woman next to Taylor Swift's lawyer is supposed to be and they are roasting that poor artist for not capturing the wondrous beauty of the pop star. Lena Dunham praised her "fierce" testimony.
She dismissed attempts to dissuade her from her story and rejected the suggestion that she had continued greeting guests for as long as 30 minutes after the alleged assault, as if nothing had happened.
When McFarland tried to sway the argument to whether she was critical of Dent for allowing someone to grope her, Taylor fired back with, "No, I am critical of your client sticking his hand under my skirt and grabbing my ass".
If you're unfamiliar with the case, here's a brief overview: According to Swift, Mueller allegedly reached under her skirt and grabbed her ass when the two were taking a photo together during a meet-and-greet on her Red Tour in 2013.
In her testimony, Swift said that Mueller lifted her skirt and grabbed her buttocks while the two were posing for a photo.
Taylor Swift on Thursday testified against former radio DJ David Mueller, whom she has accused of groping her during a 2013 meet-and-greet.
"Gabe, this is a photo of him with his hand up my skirt - with his hand on my a*s", she said.
"I was upset to the point where I wanted to vomit and cry at the same time", Andrea testified.
Melchor testified Mueller was devastated by the accusation.
Taylor Swift's former bodyguard told how he witnessed the pop star's skirt being flipped up before she was then groped by a DJ as he gave evidence in a United States courtroom Friday.
Swift counter-sued, claiming sexual assault and seeking $1. "He stayed latched on as I lurched away from him".
Taylor alleged that Mueller groped her butt during a meet-and-greet back in June 2013 and the DJ was sacked from his job two days later.
He painted Swift as a star who was devoted to her fans - perhaps too much so, according to Dent.
"The sass that Taylor showed today, were she a black woman could have very well been perceived as aggressive and combative in a courtroom. This doesn't take away from Taylor standing up for herself, of course not".
'It was a definite grab. She said, "Mom, a guy just grabbed my ass. I don't know him", Swift replied.
Wednesday's testimony highlighted an initial attempt to keep the encounter in Denver out of the spotlight. Swift was 23 at that time while the DJ was 51.
The defendant however denies the allegation and went ahead to sue Taylor in 2015 for attempting to mar his reputation, and also cost him his job at the radio station KYGO where he worked.
