The Taylor Swift trail continues in Denver today

Music superstar Taylor Swift told a U.S. court Thursday of her shock as she realized she was being groped during a photo opportunity in Colorado, as she faced the former DJ she accuses of assaulting her.

The singer said she had moved as far as possible away from Mueller after the alleged sexual assault. "He grabbed my bare a** underneath my skirt".

Mueller stated previously that he was sacked after Bell told KYGO general manager Bob Call that Taylor and her parents were "looking for specific action" to be taken by the station.

In 2015, Mueller sued Swift, her mother, and her radio promotions director Frank Bell, denying the accusation and alleging that they pressured KYGO to terminate him based on a false accusation.

A photo of Swift and Mueller's meeting has surfaced via TMZ, which does show the DJ's hand behind the singer's back at a lower part of her body, though it is impossible to make a determination of Mueller's guilt or innocence from said photo.

He sued the 10-time Grammy victor two years after the incident - but says he's not asking for the $3 million advised by a damages expert.

The trial began this week and will conclude with a jury of four women and two men deciding the outcome.

Swift repeatedly said no one else could have groped her. Mueller claims his knuckles may have touched her ribs, well above where his arm is shown.

"It was a very shocking thing that I have never dealt with before", Swift continued.

She said she had no reaction to learning that Mueller, then 51, had been fired over the incident. When he pressed her on those points, Swift shot back, "Yes, and your client could have taken a normal photo with me". "And he and you are suing me and I'm being blamed for the unfortunate events of his life that are a product of his decisions, not mine".

Swift, wearing a black blouse with floral print, appeared calm when questioned by Mueller's lawyer, Gabriel McFarland, who attempted to pick apart the details of that night. Each side of the trial has attempted to use the photo to bolster their argument, but Swift rejected McFarland's claim that the photo showed nothing inappropriate. "I'm not going to say anything different".

Swift also talked about her bodyguard at the time, Greg Dent, not seeing the alleged assault.

Swift said someone would have had to been underneath her to see the actual groping during the photo shoot "and we didn't have anyone positioned there".

Swift said she didn't stop the meet-and-greets after Mueller left because she didn't want to disappoint a few dozen people who'd been waiting in line.

Mueller has testified that he did not deliberately touch Swift inappropriately, but that he might have accidentally touched her in the rib area in his hurry to jump into the photo shoot with her. But on Thursday, Swift unflinchingly contradicted that claim before jurors in a remarkably candid testimony.
