Meghan Markle Joins Prince Harry for Invictus Games

While the Wheelchair Tennis match isn't their first official appearance together, it is the first time they've been seated next to one another and photographed as such.

The Invictus Games, a competition for wounded service members that was founded by Harry in 2014, has been a public coming out of sorts for Harry and his girlfriend of one year.

Prince Harry is in Toronto for the games and was sitting near Mr Trudeau and US First Lady Melania Trump during the opening ceremony.

Meghan stars as Rachel Zane in the legal drama which films in her home town of Toronto, where the 2017 Invictus Games are now taking place, but as Harry is also in town, he reportedly dropped by to support his girlfriend. They kept laughing because the contestants know each other, so there was banter between them - they were laughing at that.

Turns out it was her 36-year-old BFF - Peterborough-born, Toronto-based Soho House consultant Markus Anderson - who is thought to be the guy who actually set up the Suits actress with the prince when she was on European holidays. Markle attended the Invictus Games opening ceremony in Toronto, where she films Suits, in a purple Aritzia dress with a Mackage leather jacket worn cape-style over her shoulders.

It's happened! Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have made their first public appearance together. The two sat together and took in a match of the wheelchair tennis between Australia and New Zealand at the small venue.

The loved-up pair held hands and smiled widely as the actress and her prince made their way into the venue, where they were cheered by onlookers.
