A former TV news anchor said Wednesday that Kevin Spacey sexually assaulted her teenage son past year at a Nantucket restaurant, adding to mounting allegations of misconduct against the "House of Cards" actor.
"Spacey stuck his hand inside my son's trousers and grabbed his genitals", Unruh said. "There was no consent".
When Spacey left to use the restroom, a concerned bystander, a woman, asked Unruh's son if he was OK, Unruh said.
Garabedian said Unruh's "brave" son, now a college sophomore, was 18 when the alleged assault occurred. Her son has filed a report against Spacey.
She is scheduled to participate in the announcement of the allegations against Spacey.
Unruh recently tweeted about the allegations after the widespread accusations against prominent movie executive Harvey Weinstein. Unruh is now looking for that woman to come forward. "That was an appalling attempt to deflect attention away from what you really are: a sexual predator".
Actor Anthony Rapp told Buzzfeed in an interview that he was sexually harassed by two-time Academy Award winning actor Kevin Spacey at a party in 1986.
Spacey, 58, has faced several accusations of sexual misconduct in recent weeks. "Time the dominoes fell", she wrote.
Spacey says he is now "taking the time necessary to seek evaluation and treatment" after the latest round of sex assault allegations and DailyMail.com has learned that he has checked into The Meadows facility in Arizona, the same facility where Harvey Weinstein has sought treatment.
"Shame on you for what you did to my son", Unruh said through tears.
"Reports of sexual assaults are confidential under [state law]", the spokesman says.
"I want to see Kevin Spacey go to jail".
Spacey has not responded to the mounting allegations but apologized to Rapp for what he called "deeply inappropriate drunken behavior".

The writer also compared Spacey to the Dalai Lama, who likely "has done something he's ashamed of".
As the allegations against Spacey continued to surface, Unruh has shown her support for Rapp and the other victims on Twitter.
Spacey has been accused of groping Rapp, a star of "Star Trek: Discovery", and Richard Dreyfuss' son, Harry Dreyfuss, among others.
In wake of the news, Netflix has suspended production of the sixth and final season of House of Cards and announced Spacey was cut from the show.
