Microsoft says 'majority' of Windows 10 use will be 'streamlined S mode'

This lightweight version of Windows was meant to run on low end hardware and limited users to only installing apps from the Windows Store.

Windows 10 S mode will arrive with the next update to Windows 10.

The update will also introduce a new privacy setup interface and new privacy setting options.

Windows 10 doesn't need to be as expensive, with SCDKEY offering Windows 10 Pro OEM CD-KEY GLOBAL for just $14.00 before our exclusive 10% off dropping the price to just $12.60!

With the latest privacy update now being tested by Windows Insiders, Microsoft is adding two new options to let users control the data gathered while using tools for typing, inking, and device location.

This new approach is vastly different from Microsoft's original strategy. And always-enabled updates help you stay current on features and security for the supported lifetime of your device.Windows 10 gives you absolutely the best experience for doing what you do.

The main cause is probably the shortage of apps in the Microsoft Store.

Citing new data from the United Kingdom -based research consultancy Futuresource, Microsoft yesterday also highlighted the growing use of Windows 10 devices in K-12 education.

Microsoft will bring new S Mode to all editions of Windows 10. Further, Joe Belfiore stated that there was confusion about this version of the OS from Microsoft's partners and consumers. "I think it's totally fine/good that it's not mentioned".

We still don't know what exactly will be in the next version of Windows 10, but we're finally pretty sure what its name will be. Users can now upgrade such devices to the full version of Windows 10 for a $50 fee.
