Heat's Dwyane Wade Mum On Retirement Decision

Kevin Hart has been a major part of the current Philadelphia 76ers series against the Miami Heat, showing up courtside for numerous games and getting namedropped by Dwyane Wade for his Game 2 performance.

"There will be no breaking news here in Philly", Wade said at Wells Fargo Center, as Tuesday turned to Wednesday.

Wade was bought out by the Chicago Bulls after playing for his hometown organization during the 2016-2017 campaign. "You're going to make me emotional if we start to think about that or talk about that right now".

The Heat reacquired Wade at the trade deadline this season as the Cleveland Cavaliers underwent a midseason roster overhaul.

"That's not my focus", Wade said after the Heat's season-ending loss to the 76ers on Tuesday.

Heat coach Erik Spoelstra said he didn't want to think about the possibility of Wade calling it quits.

His wife Gabrielle Union took to Twitter to show her appreciation for her husband's career, saying that she hoped it was not over. I've coached him now in this role now that I think none of us would have ever imagined in Wade would be coming off the bench. Wade has now completed his 15th season in the National Basketball Association, and he'll be turning 37 years old this year.

The Heat had a well-rounded effort in this series, as four players averaged double figures in the scoring column, led by Goran Dragic with 18.6 points per game. He's also been selected to 12 All-Star teams and has been named the Finals MVP once. Additionally, he is second only to Hall of Famer Alonzo Mourning in blocked shots (774) in Heat history.

At the time of the trade, James said he was happy for Wade to be returning to Miami.

"It meant a lot". "I was only here for 20 games - plus the playoffs - but it felt like I was here longer. Right after the game it was like, '(If it's) our last time going against each other, then it's been everything and more.' But I'll give you guys a more in-depth analysis of his career if he decides to hang 'em up". I feel like I know those guys and it's like family.

'Each day that he's been back, I've just been trying to enjoy it.
