In his first tweet on issue Omar stated any shut down call or call for "peaceful protests" for Manzoor Ahmed who's decapitated body was found in North Kashmir after he'd been abducted & killed by militants? No? Manzoor's father had sustained bullet injuries during the incident.
They said panic gripped Bonmohalla Hajin in Bandipora this morning when some villagers saw a headless body in an orchard. "The body of Manzoor Ahmed Bhat, who was abducted by Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) terrorists on the intervening night of April 4 and 5, was found on the outskirts of Hajin early today (Friday)", the spokesperson added.
Earlier, this week militants of LeT kidnapped another person and later shot him dead in Hajin area.
"We have identified all the six militants involved in the abduction and later killing of a civilian Muntazir Ahmad Parry and injuring his mother-in-law and two of her children", police spokesman said adding the group was also involved in the killing Manzoor.
Parrey, a resident of Hajin, had joined the LeT ranks past year. CM Mehbooba Mufti wrote on Twitter. "The inhuman way in which the youth was done to death is against the social ethos and cultural value system of the State", said Ms. Mufti. "I'm not surprised", he said.
The attendees also requested U.N. Secretary-General and U.N. Human Rights Commission to take immediate steps to stop this killing spree and gross violation of Human Rights in Kashmir by Indian Army and Security Forces.
It is a clear indication that LeT terrorists were trying to reactivate their bases and hideouts in the area and wanted to send across a tough signal to local residents against sharing information with the security forces to expose their locations.
