Undefeated heavyweight world titleholder Deontay Wilder is on the verge of landing the high-profile heavyweight title fight he has desperately sought.
Saunders' attack looks to be retaliation for incidents earlier Friday between Wilder and the Fury family.
It's good to promote the fight, I'm happy to be here.
Putting his arm around Saunders, Wilder said to iFL TV: "It's all fine baby, all fine".
What time does it start and where can I watch?
According to sources reporting to FightNights.com, Fury and Wilder have agreed in principle for a Showtime-televised heavyweight championship fight that could take place in either November or December at an undisclosed location in Las Vegas.
"Anthony Joshua, Tyson Fury - anybody in the division will need to be aware of what he can bring to the table".
'When I read them, I thought you can't be saying that.
Wilder (40-0, 39 KOs) interrupted the weigh-in for the fight between Fury and Francesco Pianeta by shouting "Bomb squad!" and drawing the ire of the elder Fury, who got into a shouting match with Wilder and had to be restrained. "Ours is the biggest fight".
Who will prevail when the current world heavyweight champion, Wilder, takes on the lineal heavyweight champion, Fury? The victor of Fury-Wilder would have a completely different stance on the negotiating table for any bout with Anthony Joshua.
Of John Fury, he added: "I'll get my grandfather out of the grave to knock him out".
Interim WBO featherweight champion Frampton, 31, appeared dry on the scales and after stripping naked came in exactly on the nine-stone limit.
Similarly to Wilder, the IBF champion Josh Warrington will be ringside in the expectation of him next fighting the Belfast native.
