Samsung Galaxy Note 9 official video leaked ahead of August 9 launch

Samsung Galaxy Note 9 is due to launch on August 9 at a special event in NY, but most specifications about the phone are now seen as a given.

Samsung today briefly posted a Galaxy Note 9 promotional video to its YouTube page.

An official video from Samsung, spotted by SamMobile, showcases a Yellow colour S Pen stylus alongside the Blue variant of the Galaxy Note 9. Also, with less than a week remaining for the launch, some reports have tipped the price of the Galaxy Note 9. Still, it's likely alarming for any of you who aren't on Samsung.

Samsung's Galaxy Note 9, and supposedly its Galaxy Watch are just a week away with its launch event dated Thursday August 9th. This video basically confirms recent leaks, as the device looks identical to the one we've exclusively shared, and those designs that several other sources shared. While the 128GB variant will retail for 69,990 RUB (Rs.75,800 approx.), the 512GB storage variant will cost 89,990 RUB (Rs.97,500 approx.).

As for enhanced battery life, rumour has it that the Note 9 will pack a large 4,000mAh battery with support for both fast and wireless charging. In the video, though not mentioned explicitly, we could see a 512GB microSD card being inserted.

The phone has been rumoured to be quite similar to Note 8 when it comes to its specifications.

The Samsung Note 9 is being officially unveiled on August 9.

From all the renders and leaks we've seen, we can speculate with some confidence as to what the Galaxy Note 9 will look like. A variant with 8GB of RAM and 256GB / 512GB storage is also expected.

When will the Galaxy Note 9 be released?
