Tom Arnold files police report after Mark Burnett altercation

The question of who was the first to lay hands on the other is still unclear.

TMZ reported Monday that Arnold charged at Burnett and Downey as soon as the actor saw them at the party. No further details were immediately available, Herrera said.

Tomorrow evening Tom Arnold's new show on Viceland, "The Hunt for the Trump Tapes", will premier, likely to a chagrin of producer Mark Burnett.

Arnold has been working to uncover the infamous pee tape, as well as behind the scenes footage from The Apprentice that allegedly shows Trump using the N-word.

Tom Arnold discusses "The Hunt For The Trump Tapes" onstage during The 2018 Summer Television Critics Association Press Tour on 26 July 2018 in Los Angeles, California. Time will tell whether Arnold found anything substantive on any tapes, and furthermore, whether said tapes will make a difference on anyone's opinion of Trump.

He claims he has witnesses to back him up as well as a video shot on director Bryan Fogel's phone.

A scuffle between Tom Arnold, left, and Mark Burnett, a producer of The Apprentice, has led to an exchange on social media. "I love Mark Burnett, by the way, [Trump's] buddy who sits at the prayer breakfast with him, that created this guy, this fake, that people in Iowa - where I'm from - think is this genius businessman from TV", Arnold said. Burnett had his t-shirt ripped and a gold chain with a crucifix that he wears around his neck was broken, according to a source.

Burnett's wife, Roma Downey, remembers last night's events differently. She added that Survivor host Jeff Probst tried to break it up.

She tweeted that Arnold attacked her and her husband, and posted a photo of a bruise on her hand that she says Arnold caused.

Arnold replied to Downey's tweet, calling her a liar. Whether that was enough to cause Burnett to start this physical altercation with Arnold, is yet to be seen.

Arnold wasn't tagged in the tweet, but he fired back nearly immediately.
