Arsenal's 5-1 win over Fulham in their last game before the global break was the ninth consecutive victory under Emery, and was played to the soundtrack of Arsenal fans singing: "We've got our Arsenal back".
But Emery warned the increasingly optimistic fanbase against getting carried away.
Emery could switch to a 4-4-2 formation when Arsenal return to action against Leicester on Monday night (8pm). "We want every day to find this in every player".
"I think we need to improve a lot", he said.
"I am not here to talk about individual cases but to talk more of the philosophy we are bringing", he told BBC Sport when asked about the Ramsey situation.
"For him, last year, his first year in the Premier League, it was a different league than the French league also and the position also, the rhythm also, not the mentality because he has a very good mentality and he has very good chances usually to score". The TV is the target to choose the matches for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday.
"After six matches winning in the Premier League, it hasn't changed".
"But he needs to continue his adaptation for us, for the Premier League, for the rhythm".
"If they decide we are going to play Monday, we don't stop to think if it is better or not to play Monday".
The 27-year-old's current contract expires in the summer and is likely to exit on a free transfer after a new deal was withdrawn by the Gunners.
If Arsenal were to end the 2018/19 campaign in one of the top four places it would be a marked improvement from the last two seasons, finishing fifth (2016/17) and sixth (2017/18) respectively, and former winger Pires is backing them to do so. "The last match he started on the bench and played 25 minutes with this performance". Also, the people who were working there, they said to us, "This player has the quality to play for PSG" when we were there.
"The same with Mesut as any other player".
