The ongoing conflict between Russia and Ukraine may cause the global community to react and affect the expected meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and his USA counterpart during the G20 summit in Argentina, experts said.
His Western allies have so far not offered to provide any of these things, despite his warnings of a possible Russian invasion after Moscow seized three Ukrainian naval ships and their crews on Sunday near Crimea.

Trump cited Russia's seizure of Ukrainian vessels as the reason, saying in a Tweet from Air Force One: "The ships and sailors have not been returned to Ukraine from Russian Federation".
In a tweet explaining his decision, Trump cited Russia's seizure of three Ukrainian ships last Sunday as the reason for canceling the previously planned meeting.
"I think the threat of the cancellation may change at least some things with Putin and Russia", Huckabee said.
"This meeting is necessary for both sides", Ushakov said.
But the decision to cancel the Putin meeting came just a few hours after Trump's former personal attorney, Michael Cohen, pleaded guilty in special counsel Robert Mueller's Russian Federation investigation, admitting that he'd lied to Congress about a project to build a Trump Tower in Moscow. Trump sent in his response to Mueller before Cohen made his stunning admission on Thursday-although the president's lawyers surely were aware of news reports last spring that prosecutors had emails showing that Trump's business negotiations with Russian Federation were ongoing.
Ushakov, Putin's aide, said the naval encounter between Russian Federation and Ukraine likely will be on the agenda of the planned meeting, which will start with the two presidents meeting privately before being joined by senior officials.
Trump said on Twitter on Thursday morning, local time, that he looked forward to a meaningful meeting "as soon as this situation is resolved!"
"Perhaps we can break through in Buenos Aires or not", he said. "It is a domestic political situation that matters for Trump for he has been under huge pressure in relation to the Mueller investigation, the midterm election, the issues with Mexico and all that", Bystritsky said.
Donald Trump has abruptly cancelled a meeting with Vladimir Putin in a show of disapproval at Russia's treatment of Ukraine.
Poroshenko, who has temporarily imposed martial law in parts of Ukraine over the crisis, also tweeted on Thursday that he would impose unspecified restrictions on Russian citizens in his country.
The incident happened on Monday, when two Ukrainian gunboats and a tug were sailing from Odessa to the port of Mariupol, in the Sea of Azov - which is shared between Russian Federation and Ukraine. "This is in the interests of not only our two countries, but the world at large", he said.
"I hope they understand that", he said.
