Meghan Markle Made One Big Change to Her Usual Makeup Routine Tonight

The Duchess of Sussex visited one of her new patronages on Wednesday afternoon, Mayhew, an animal welfare charity.

Meghan Markle gave fans more insight about her pregnancy during her first joint engagement of the year with Prince Harry telling some her due date is in late April or early May. "I'll take it!" she said, after a big laugh.

The duchess toured the charity's north-west London headquarters in Kensal Green to mark last week's announcement that she has become the organisation's patron.

The Duchess of Sussex, who is six months pregnant, was greeting people at the shelter when one woman exclaimed, "You're a fat lady!" while pointing at Meghan's growing baby bump.

Meghan was joined by Prince Harry on this occasion. Minnie is still looking for her forever home, although now that she's connected now with the Duchess of Sussex, that will probably change quickly.

She now owns two rescue dogs - a beagle named Guy and a Labrador-Shepherd mix named Bogart, who remains in Toronto, Canada with her friends.

During the visit Meghan, a keen dog lover, spoke about her own rescue dogs.

Animal charity Mayhew works with cats and dogs - including family pets or companions for the homeless - to support local communities through welfare projects, reflecting the Duchess' love for animals.

Meghan rescued her dog Guy from a shelter in 2015 and she and Harry are believed to have adopted a second pup a year ago.

Meghan then sat down with the care home residents who told her how Mayhew helped them through pet therapy.

The Mayhew is one of the four organisations that the Duchess was recently made patron of.
